At this time, the source for other binaries than the kernel is of
3.1-RELEASE, not 4.0-current on 990410, which the newconfig is based.
Therefore you may run into trouble. Perhaps most binaries will work,
but some with tight dependency on the kernel may not work.
You can get all the source for 4.0-current on 990410 via cvsup,
which may help the situation.
