Dear Fadi Sodah,

Thank you for having interest in the newconfig project

sodah> i built MYKERNEL to support my Network Card.
sodah> i am using FreeBSD v.30 on my laptop Fujitsu (Lifebook 530T).
sodah> the ful description of the network card is :
sodah> - 3Comn Fast EtherLink 16Bit PC card (CardBus)
sodah> called the 3C574-TX PC

Although 3c575TX should work with the latest newconfig kernel,
I have no information on 3C574-TX.

To test the latest newconfig kernel, you should at least upgrade
to 3.1-RELEASE, and I guess it better to upgrade to 4.0-current
through 3.1-STABLE.
After that you will prepare the sys source of 4.0-current
on 990410 0:00 JST, apply the snapshot patch.
make config.new and configure the kernel with config.new
and make kernel.
Note you also have to replace your /boot to use the new
kernel when you go from 3.1 to 4.0-CURRENT or newconfig.

This is only an overview of what you have to do to test the
latest kernel, and I am afraid you need more detailed information.
If you are to test newconfig, please don't hesitate to ask anything.
The instruction web page is currently a little outdated and
the procedure is described in [newconfig 26,27].
